Whitney and David’s Engagements
Posted on June 29, 2010
Whitney and David were a really fun and loving couple to work with. They are currently living in NYC but flew down and drove me up to Whitney’s families ranch outside of Dallas. It was a beautiful little peace of Heaven (aka Texas) with a charming house and fishing pond. we had a great time cruising around on a 4 wheeler from spot to spot. Here are my favorites!

Amanda and Eriks Engagements
Posted on June 29, 2010
Amanda and Erik are a super laid back and very sweet couple. We shot around DiscoveryGreen Park and Downtown for there engagements and then had Dinner at Cabo. I had a really great time getting to know them and wanted to include a little bit of the their story. This is from there wedding website.
It was the day I, Amanda graduated high school, after a long day of visiting with my
family and celebrating I went to my friend Chad Upshaw’s graduation party. I walked
in and instantly knew every face, except one. I thought hmm, that guy over there is kind
of cute. So I approached Erik & struck up a conversation, ” where did you go to school?”
to which Erik responded “Klein Oak with you, I graduated today.” I knew he hadn’t, I
mean surely I would have recognized him at some point during my 4 years there. Well,
he kept joking with me about it for a while then eventually explained that he had gone
to Spring High School & graduated the year before. We enjoyed the rest of the party &
flirted all night long. At the end of the night in an attempt to flirt some more Erik threw
me in the pool, clothes and all. Others were quick to follow. After getting out of the pool
he wrapped me in up in a towel & we kissed. We spent the remainder of the summer
together & began our, what is now over 6 year journey together.

Kimberly and Daniel’s Wedding and Groomals
Posted on May 26, 2010
Kimberly and Daniels wedding was very warm and full of close friends and family. It was a beautiful day in Atascocita where they said “I DO” and began their lives together. There were smiles and kids running around everywhere. We shot their groomal session at the Magnolia Hotel in downtown Houston and I think they turned out some great looks. Here’s the pics!

Victoria and Michael’s Wedding
Posted on May 11, 2010
Vicki and Michael had a beautiful wedding on the Veranda at the Alden Hotel in Downtown Houston. The rooms abundant natural light provides the perfect ambience for a late afternoon wedding. They had a lot of family in from the U.K. and are now starting their marriage off in London. I am a little jealous! Here are my favorites

Australian Bridal Session: New Waverly, Texas
Posted on April 28, 2010
So New Waverly is North of Conroe and through a dimensional rift. I learned a whole new language there. But I wasn’t there to study the culture… I was there to photograph Australia. Not the Country but the Lady. The Lady in the white dress on the side of the road in a patch of Bluebonnets, which, evidently you are allow to tread underfoot as long as you don’t pick them. The oldest church in East Texas is also in New Waverly and made its way into the session in one of my favorite pics. Enjoy!
